I tried Seen mostly because I’m picky about ingredient safety and all that. The formulas looked clean to me, and I didn’t notice the usual stuff that makes me break out or leaves my scalp feeling itchy.
I’m giving it 4 stars because I do wish they explained some of the ingredients a bit more on the site, just so you know what this or that is doing. But overall, I feel good using it

I’m really sensitive to fragrance, and a lot of hair products end up giving me a headache quickly. SEEN has been totally fine for me so far. It doesn’t have that strong perfume smell, and my scalp hasn’t felt irritated or weird after using it. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but I’m still glad I tried it. It just feels nice to have a hair product I can use without worrying how I’m going to feel afterward.

I ordered from Seen and was happy with how simple the packaging was. No wrestling with boxes or peeling off a ton of tape 🙌 Everything opened easily, and the items were packed safely inside. Small thing, but it made the whole order feel way less annoying. I’d definitely order again!

I really wanted this to help, but after using it for a while, I started seeing the same pattern, my breakouts would calm down a little, then pop back up in the usual spots. It didn’t really stop my acne the way I hoped, so I’m a bit disappointed.

I ordered from helloseen.com the delivery was a mess. The tracking barely updated, so I had no idea what was going on, and the package arrived way later than it was supposed to. I kept wasting time and energy checking for updates myself because there was no clear communication at all. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but mine was just frustrating. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I don’t know if I was just rushing or didn’t use enough, but my hair didn’t really feel clean after using this. I wanted to like it, but even after rinsing, it still felt like there was buildup left behind.

I like that this doesn’t take forever to rinse out. It comes out easily, which makes using it a lot less of a hassle. Nothing too over-the-top, but it does the job well.

I gave SEEN a try because my scalp and skin are sensitive and love to complain about basically everything. I will say, it was gentle and didn’t make me break out, which is a big win in my book. The shampoo felt nice enough and left my hair clean without that stripped feeling.
That said, my hair is really fine, and by the next day it looked a little flat, which was a bummer. The conditioner also felt a bit heavy unless I used the tiniest amount, like barely anything. So overall, not bad at all, just not quite amazing for my hair type. I’d put it at around 3 stars.

I mean, it was okay for my eczema. I’m not saying it’s a miracle product or anything, so don’t expect it to completely stop the itching. It did seem to help a little, but I still had some itchy spots afterward...

I used this before styling, but my hair still felt fried afterward. Maybe I was expecting more from it, but it didn’t seem to make much of a difference for me.

I also wasn’t thrilled about waiting in the queue longer than I expected before getting help, which made the whole thing feel a bit less smooth. It wasn’t bad, but I was hoping for something that felt more personal. I’d maybe try it again if they improve the experience

I really wanted to like this, but it didn’t do much for my frizz. I used the helloseen.com product a few times the same way I normally use my other hair products, and by the middle of the day my hair was still looking puffy.
It also left my hair feeling kind of dry, which was frustrating because I was expecting it to make things smoother or at least a little more manageable. Instead, it pretty much looked like I hadn’t used anything different at all.

Maybe it works better for other hair types, but for me it felt like a waste. I also didn’t love that it wasn’t really clear what the next step was if it didn’t work, like whether I should keep trying it differently or just give up and move on.

I really wanted this to work because it says it’s non-comedogenic, and usually that’s what I look for since my skin can clog easily. Unfortunately, after using it, I started noticing congestion and little clogged bumps quickly, and then it turned into a bad breakout for me. I didn’t change much else in my routine, so I’m fairly sure this was the thing my skin didn’t agree with. It might be totally fine for someone with less reactive or less acne-prone skin, but for me it just wasn’t a good fit, sadly...

Tracking was simple enough to check, and the delivery went smoothly. Can’t really complain when it gets there faster than you planned for.
